Welcome to our modern and chic 2-bedroom private home, where contemporary design meets comfort and convenience. Situated in the heart of Cramerton, NC just 7 minutes from downtown Belmont, close to Goat Island Park as well as the popular and so fun Whitewater Center, this 2-bedroom, offers ample space for families, friends, or couples looking for a memorable stay.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a warm and welcoming ambiance. The tastefully designed living room is the heart of the house, featuring a plush sofa and sleek décor that perfectly balances comfort and style. Natural light streams in through large windows, creating a bright and airy atmosphere.

The house is well appointed with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, Keurig coffee makers, washer/dryer, board games, books, and two smart TV’s. Kitchen has a large fridge, microwave, washer/dryer and all cooking utensils and tabletop items needed. Living room has seating and dining areas to relax and watch TV (smart TV).

Each of the 2 bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to ensure a restful night's sleep. The larger bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-size bed and elegant furnishings with a walk in shower, while the second bedroom offers a cozy haven with two comfortable twin-size beds, and access to a half bathroom.

The bathroom is a tranquil oasis, featuring contemporary fixtures and a spacious shower. There you'll find plush towels, high-quality toiletries.

The backyard is ready for entertaining, with a large seating/dining area and fully fenced in yard.

Kids are more than welcomed and if you need toys or a pack and play we will gladly get that for you.

Guest has access to the full home and backyard. It is fully fenced in so perfect for your furry friend.

We are available if needed as we are a short distance away. 

You will need a car to get a round town, there are two driveways so it fits 4 cars in total.

This home is situated in a small and quiet neighborhood. Please be considerate of noise and be respectful to our neighbors.

No Smoking inside the house.

This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. There is a $300 fine for anyone that smokes inside.
